International Journal of Ophthalmology(IJO) is an international ophthalmological academic publication and a peer-reviewed periodical (ISSN 1672-5123). This journal is sponsored by Xi’an Medical Association, China and obtains guidance and support from WHO and ICO/IFOS. IJO is a Chinese-English mixed publication and it accepts contributions in English or Chinese from all over the world. It includes mainly original research articles and short research communications, both basic and clinical papers. It has been internationalized both in editorial committee and in contributions and has been indexed by "Chemical Abstracts" of America, "Abstract Journal" of Russia.
