Scope/Description:

Our primary aim at EHP is to publish high-quality research, reviews, commentaries, and news articles that substantially advance our understanding of environmental health. The environmental health sciences include a broad array of disciplines, from bench science to observational research. Our original research articles and commentaries typically come from the following disciplines: Experimental toxicology Epidemiology Exposure science Risk assessment However, we are open to submissions from any established or emerging discipline that examines the relationship between the environment and human health, provided the manuscript meets our criteria for consideration. Please note, we are unable to respond to presubmission author inquiries regarding the suitability of a manuscript for the journal. In addition to original research and commentaries, we publish reviews in a variety of formats: Scoping reviews Evidence maps State-of-the-science reviews Full systematic reviews Meta-analyses.
