The main scope of the journal is to publish original research articles in the wide field of management and social sciences. A special interest is given to papers addressing special issues of the Central European region and of emerging markets. The journal is abstracted by several international databases see the main page. We also aim at being referred in the future by Web of Science and thus to have an impact factor.
