The Brazilian Journal of Agricultural Sciences is published by the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco UFRPE to publish scientific and technical papers for the advancement of Agricultural Science. The areas contemplated are Agronomy Agricultural Engineering Animal Fisheries Food and Forestry Sciences and Veterinary Medicine. The papers submitted should be original and unpublished and their simultaneous submission to other periodicals is unacceptable. Reproduction of published articles is permitted as long as the source is explicitly cited.
