II. Scope & Description

Cessation. HKIE Transactions is the international journal of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and has a history of twenty years. HKIE Transactions contains papers on all aspects of engineering which are of use and interest to practising engineers and academics alike. It contains stateoftheart papers case history literature review research papers technical noteletter and written discussion. The journal welcomes Transactions papers Technical NotesLetters on all aspects of engineering. Good quality practical papers are as welcome as those of an academic nature.
