Scope/Description:

The journal is a translation of Sibirskiy Ekologicheskiy Zhurnal (Siberian Journal of Ecology), which was launched in 1994. It is a multidisciplinary periodical which publishes original work on the following subjects: theoretical and methodological issues of ecology, regional aspects of ecology, regional environmental disasters, structure and functioning of ecosystems, and anthropogenic transformation of ecosystems. The journal differs from others in that it covers a wide range of ecological problems. All basic aspects of modern ecology, including the most complicated interactions between living organisms and their environment, are presented.
