African Renaissance is a quarterly high quality international journal published consistently since 2004 making it one of the longest surviving scholarly social science journals on Africa published by Africans. It focuses on the dynamics that shape domestic politics in various African countries.It is two doubleblind reviewedmeaning thateach articlehas two reviewers and that reviewer and author identities in each case are concealedfrom each other throughout the Review Process. The journal aims to advance both theoretical and empirical research on themes and dynamics that inform policies and practices in different African countries. The journal accepts papers that may have a continental regional or country focus. Articles not dealing with Africa but whose themes could be of relevance to African scholarship are also welcome.
