Alcoholism Treatment Quarterly is an exciting interprofessional journal for professionals working with persons families and communities dealing with alcohol and other drug problems. Combining the insights of healthcare professionals educators and communities involved in the care and recovery of persons experiencing alcoholother drug disorders it maintains a focus on recovery from both an individual and a community perspective. The journal is designed to bridge the gap between research and practice with a focus on those who provide direct services to the public.The journal features articles specifically related to the treatment and recovery issues of substance use disorders with a focus on alcohol. The journal highlights new and innovative approaches to treatment and recovery describing clinical problems and solutions and detailing practical unique approaches to intervention therapy and recovery. Original research and articles about theory development policy issues interprofessional approaches and community initiatives supportive of recovery are welcomed. Alcoholism Treatment Quarterly maintains an ongoing focus on recovery embracing the physical cognitiveemotional and spiritual dimensions of diagnosis treatment and recovery.
