La revista esta dirigida a quienes tienen la responsabilidad de gobernar empresas o dirigir organismos e instituciones públicas o privadas proporcionándoles ideas originales y propuestas innovadoras que contribuyan a la mejora de la competitividad y gobernabilidad de las empresas y los países iberoamericanos en un mundo globalizado. También aspira a servir a la comunidad universitaria y científica de la región como publicación de referencia sobre nuevas ideas. Para ello facilitará la comunicación entre las distintas comunidades universitarias iberoamericanas, las acercará y las articulará alrededor del estudio de áreas concretas, debidamente analizadas mediante aportaciones teóricas, aplicaciones prácticas y estudio de casos reales.
