The Journal Cuadernos de Msica Artes Visuales y Artes Escnicas was created in January 2004 at the School of Arts of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogot. It is a peerreviewed journal published every six months that promotes investigation reflection and review from broad methodological and theoretical perspectives encouraging dialogue between artists researchers students and other audiences. MAVAE currently divulges unpublished texts through an open call for papers in the categories of research or reflection in Spanish English and Portuguese.
