The German Journal of Human Resource Management GHRM formerly Zeitschrift fr Personalforschung ZfP is a leading peerreviewed resource for the international HR community with a global reach and editorial board.It publishes quarterly and aims to advance scientific knowledge covering a broad spectrum of research topics related to human resource management employment relations behaviour in organisations and personnel economics.
