It publishes reviews regular research papers and short communications. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. The full experimental details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced. There are in addition unique features of this journalmanuscripts regarding research proposals and research ideas will be particularly welcomedelectronic files or software regarding the full details of the calculation and experimental procedure if unable to be published in a normal way can be deposited as supplementary materialwe also accept manuscripts communicating to a broader audience with regard to research projects financed with public fundscopies of source codes if any might be depositedInformation theory and methodology including but not limited to coding theory including data compression errorcorrection and cryptographic algorithms informationtheoretic security quantum information philosophyethics of informationInformation systems including but not limited to knowledge management social media and social networks big data and cloud computingInformation processes including but not limited to digital signal processing data mining information extractionInformation applications including but not limited to humanmachine interface information in society and social development business process managementInformation and communications technology including but not limited to communication systems and networks wireless sensor network mobile communication services

Impact Factor

Impact factor (IF) is a scientometric factor based on the yearly average number of citations on articles published by a particular journal in the last two years. A journal impact factor is frequently used as a proxy for the relative importance of a journal within its field. Find out more: What is a good impact factor?

III. Other Science Influence Indicators

Any impact factor or scientometric indicator alone will not give you the full picture of a science journal. There are also other factors such as H-Index, Self-Citation Ratio, SJR, SNIP, etc. Researchers may also consider the practical aspect of a journal such as publication fees, acceptance rate, review speed.
