Scope/Description:

The Journal of Southern History ISSN 00224642 is published four times a year in February May August and November by the Southern Historical Association which has its editorial offices at the Department of History Rice University and its administrative offices at the University of Georgia. For eightyfive years the Journal has published the best of southern history.
