Neural Regeneration Research (NRR) is a specialized international academic journal in the field of neural regeneration, which is supervised by the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China, sponsored by Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine and edited by the Science in China Press and the Editorial Board of Neural Regeneration Research. NRR, which focuses on basic and clinical research in neural regeneration, was launched in April 2006, is published monthly and is distributed all over the world. Since 2008, NRR has been indexed by Science Citation Index–Expanded (SCIE). NRR insists on academic quality as its top priority, and has determined to make journal specialization and internationalization its working goal.
