The Pacific Rim Property Research Journal PRPRJ is the official refereed journal of the Pacific Rim Real Estate Society PRRES Inc.. The journal publishes applied property research relating to all aspects of property and invites contributions addressing areas including but not limited to the following Property market dynamics Modelling property markets Property valuation Property cycles Housing markets and policy issues Property and IT Property management Corporate real estate International property Property development Property investment and finance Property education Each issue will attempt to reflect a diversity of property topics. The final decision on the content of specific issues will be made by the Editor. One issue per year may be devoted to a special topic with a Guest Editor appointed.Special issue topics will be determined by the Editor and announced with sufficient leadtimePapers must examine applied property issues in a rigorous manner with analysis and conclusions with the contribution to knowledge clearly stated. Descriptive papers lacking analysis and conclusions with the contribution to knowledge not clearly stated will not be accepted.
