Scope/Description:

Peritia is an international peerreviewed journal published by Brepols with a focus on Insular culture from Late Antiquity to the later Middle Ages. Within those parameters we welcome submissions from all cognate disciplines. The journal has published groundbreaking articles in archaeology computistics hagiography history law literature and music. While Peritia enjoys a core strength in early medieval Ireland this has never been exclusivist other areas of research related to the Insular world and its connections to the wider early medieval West are wellrepresented.
