Scope/Description:

Polish Journal of Surgery ISSN 0032373X is one of the oldest scientific journals not only in our country but also in Europe. The Journal appears since 1920 and is the official organ of the Association of Polish Surgeons which brings together all Polish surgeons since 1889 and currently has nearly 5000 doctorsmembers. The huge value of the Journal is the fact that it is the only Polish scientific journal that publishes articles in all areas of surgery that compose general surgery. This gives Polish surgeons an opportunity to share knowledge and publish results of their research.Specializations falling within the scope of the magazine in addition to the widely understood general surgery are surgery oncology surgery thoracic plastic and reconstructive surgery gastroenterology and vascular surgery.All paperworks are published both in Polish and English. All articles are published in Open Access. Editorial Staff does not collect any fees from the authors of articles admitted for publication.
