The Turkish Journal of Biology publishes original scientific research concerning biological sciences (genetics, molecular biology, microbiology, biotechnology, physiology, and cytology). It is published 4 times a year by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK). The journal provides up-to-date and comprehensive coverage of all aspects of biology. Letters to the Editor reflect the opinions of other researchers on articles published in the journal. Editor may invite survey reviews concerning recent development in particular areas of interest. Advantages of publishing in the journal include no page charges and one-to-one personalised attention at all stages during the editorial process.
