La Revista VITAE es una publicación oficial de la Facultad de Ciencias Farmacéuticas y Alimentarias, con periodicidad cuatrimestral, y tiene como misión la difusión del pensamiento científico y el nivel de tareas de investigación en los diversos campos de las ciencias farmacéuticas, alimentos e industrias relacionadas. Publica manuscritos originales e inéditos, que son seleccionados por el Comité Editorial y evaluados por árbitros nacionales e internacionales. La opinión de la Facultad frente a los diversos temas de interés se pone a través de sus páginas editoriales. La responsabilidad por los juicios, opiniones y puntos de vista expresados en los artículos publicados recae únicamente en sus autores.
