Journal of Southwest Jiaotong University bimonthly sponsored by Southwest Jiaotong University was founded in 1954. It is a comprehensive academic publication in science and engineering and is aimed to present the latest development and achievements in scientific and technological research. Its predecessor was The Tangshan Engineering College Magazine started in 1919 as one of the earliest journals on science and technology in China.
